- State what the element is.
- Who discovered it and when.
- If it's a Latin element, mention the Latin word that is used and it's meaning.
- The atomic number of the element.
- Where is it found on Earth? As an element, a mixture or a naturally found compound on Earth? Where on Earth do they find/extract this element.Be specific.
- What are 5 uses of this element by society and science. By use, is it mixed with something else or chemically bonded with other elements into something useful?

- Have students, using a piece of paper take notes on this existing phenomenon...you can pause this through the cool stuff and make this video's information last 15 to 25 minutes in notes. They are to hand this in to you after the video, which keeps the unmotivated from putting their heads down.
- Next they can use page 210's The Atomic Theory of Matter and the diagrams provided to create a poster stating the Atomic Theory of Matter that is formally used today. This is how the natural world works and how their devices work and are created with specific materials. There should be blank paper on top of the big, white, fridge. Extra pencils should be around or above the main backroom desk, or they can borrow from friends.
